The author begins with an excellent premise. A teenage girl discovers that she has telekinetic abilities. Couple that with the usual angst of being a bit of a misfit in a teenage world to begin with, and you have a wonderful vehicle for the development of this story. Unfortunately, the author appears to be so intent on her agenda of legitimizing the homosexual relationship between the two main characters, that some of the chances for exploring the story itself get lost in the many attempts to paint the emotions and feelings as something good and wonderful.
The final acts of the story give, I believe, a wonderful foothold to future stories using this main character and her further adventures. I am hopeful that we see more development of this potential in future works.

A brilliant story for all ages.Far away in a magical land known as Twilight Wood, there lived two races of magical beings. These two races were unicorns and elves. Amongst these magical creatures where a tiger named Slash and a hawk named Rusty. The beings of Twilight Woods lived by a code, which was to help any creature wounded by man. Slash was abandoned by his mother so the elves took him in and thought him of their ways. Slash became rebellious and decided to do things his way. One day Bucktooth an elf found a hurt deer named Scabious. They decided to take him to Twilight Woods to help him. Scabious had been wounded by a human. Slash did not like the idea of this. He was jealous, he did not want the unicorns and the elves giving power to another creature. Slash did not have powers. With jealousy on the rise Slash and the other creatures of Twilight Woods discover the true meaning of life. This story is imaginative and magical. I rate it 5 stars. I believe children as well as adults will love this story.
